The Gesves-Ohey wind farm, operational since 2018, includes 6 wind turbines with a total installed capacity of 19.2 MW. In 2024, it produced over 37,000 MWh—enough to cover the annual electricity use of 10,606 Walloon households.
Renner Energies now plans to add 4 more wind turbines on the Borsu plain, near the existing site, across the municipalities of Gesves and Ohey. These new, more powerful turbines could reach a maximum height of 200 meters and each generate up to 6 MW.

The aim of the meeting was to enable you to familiarize yourselves with the preliminary project, to ask any questions you may have and to highlight specific points that could be addressed in the impact study.
