Het oorspronkelijk door Vortex Energy ontwikkelde windmolenparkproject omvat vier windturbines met een maximale nominaal vermogen van 7,5MW.
Het ligt in Clavier, in Wallonië, en strekt zich uit over de dorpen Les Avins, Terwagne, Ochain, Bois-et Boursu, de locatie die bekend staat als "Clavier Station", en het gehucht Atrin.
