Permit granted for 4 wind turbines in Chastrès

We are pleased to announce that we have received a permit for four wind turbines for a wind farm located between the entities of Pry, Thy-le-Château, Gourdinne, Laneffe and Chastrès, in Wallonia.

The wind farm, co-developed with the company New Wind, will have a maximum capacity of 15 MW and will generate around 35,000 MWh per year which is equivalent to the energy consumption of 10,300 households. The choice of location and the impact on the environment have been the subject of an in-depth study to ensure that the wind farm blends in sustainably with its surroundings.

The wind farm could be operational by the beginning of 2026. The website will be regularly updated with information about the project. As always, the Renner Energies team will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the project.
